This question has some nuance to it, as some players may encounter their first, even second or more Mythic before ever getting their hands on Exclusive Items, but per standard rarity settings, yes, Mythics are the rarest.
Which is the rarest Mythic item?
I’d say the Bone Dominus, since it is a limited-edition item tied to an event with a deadline. Other Mythics may be rarer to find overall and require more progression, but the Bone Dominus won’t be in the game forever, unlike those harder to find.
Which Mythic is worth the most cash?
The Toxic Dominus (Acid Rain Mythic), which has a base value of $290,000 without multipliers.
