Prescription from the Past is a dangerous quest in ARC Raiders, solo or with a team. Here’s how to complete it.
Prescription of the Past is an archetypal mid-game quest in ARC Raiders, demanding you go to a high-traffic area in search of an item within. What you’re looking for is also tricky to find if you don’t know where to look, but we’ll show you how to find it and complete the quest today.
How to complete the Prescription from the Past quest in ARC Raiders
Prescription from the Past takes you to Spacepot, where you need to complete all three of the following tasks in a single round:

- Go to the Departure Building

- Find the Medical Exam Room there

- Find and examine the medical records in the Exam Room
The Departure Building is one of five high-value loot zones on Spaceport, and one of the easiest to get to if you have a favorable spawn.
Players go in and out of the place the entire round, so even if you’re playing solo and you try to complete Prescription from the Past late, you might encounter resistance.
The Medical Exam Room is on the second floor of the Departure Building on its northwestern side. You’ll know it by the green medical crosses painted on the wall on either side of the door.
You’ll find the medical records you need to examine shortly after entering. They’re at the rightmost end of the group of desks just inside the room, next to a computer and a lamp.
So long as you succeed at finishing the interact animation, you’ll complete Prescription from the Past. Get interrupted or leave without seeing the quest progress pop up in the top left of your screen, and you’ll have to do the whole thing over again.
Spaceport can easily be a hotbed of PvP, especially if you’re running in a squad, and I had to fight my way to the quest objective. My lobbies are usually super friendly, too. Raiding with a team is almost always shoot on sight, so come prepared for a fight in that case.
