Does Heartopia Have Controller Support?
Although Heartopia is available on PC, iOS, and Android, you can play it on Xbox and PS using controller support. Luckily, the process is easy, and I’ll talk you through how you can do it below.
Xbox
This is for using an Xbox controller to play Heartopia from your PC, so you’ll still need to have the game downloaded on your laptop via Steam.
- Start by connecting your Xbox controller with a USB or wireless adapter.
- Open Heartopia on your PC.
- Now, head to the in-game settings, click on ‘Controls’, and then ‘Controller Configuration’.
- Test the buttons in the control test menu and save your changes.
PlayStation 4
Like the Xbox, this is to play Heartopia using a PS controller through your laptop.
- Connect your PS4 controller with a USB or via Bluetooth.
- If you’re using Bluetooth, hold Share + PS button until the LED flashes.
- From your OC, go to your Bluetooth settings and pair the controller.
- Now, open Heartopia.
- Go to the in-game settings, click on ‘Controls’, and then ‘Controller Configuration’..
- Select the PlayStation 4 Controller option.
- Test your buttons and save.
