Medical items like Laboratory Reagents can be tricky to find, but if you know where to find them and hit those locations frequently, they’ll come easily enough.
Medical Items like Laboratory Reagents can be tricky to find in ARC Raiders, given how few areas they can be found. They’re not particularly rare, thankfully, and once you know how to get them, building up a stock is easy enough.
How to get Laboratory Reagents in ARC Raiders

As Medical loot items, you’ll find Laboratory Reagents primarily in Medical loot zones on those maps that have them. Only three maps have such Medical zones, and of them, only Buried City is both the safest and has the largest volume of loot spawns to check.
Stella Montis is also technically a good place to look, but only if you know what you’re getting into. The Testing Annex on Dam Battlegrounds is also a good spot, and I’ve found my fair share of Laboratory Reagents both in containers and as loose loot in the Annex.

If you want the best chance at getting Laboratory Reagents, stick to Buried City and hit Hospital and Research if you feel confident you can make it out alive.

The pharmacies in both Piazza Arabusto and Plaza Roma are good places to check. I’ve found plenty of hard-to-find items on their shelves.
Medical Research on Stella Montis is fantastic, but the place is a hotbed of PvP, whether you run solos or squads. That’s especially true if you have any aggression-based matchmaking. You might get lucky if you’re a friendlier solo and find a chill lobby, but you should never count on it.
Testing Annex on Dam is great too, but it’s almost always picked clean by raiders who spawn in early and nearby. Check inside if it’s on your way to an extract or if you spawn near it later in a match. Just don’t get your hopes up.

John’s been gaming for almost 30 years, starting with Super Mario 64, but his first real love is Final Fantasy. Or Armored Core, depending on how he slept last night. If you want to know where to find an item in a massive open world or how to beat a boss, he can help. They’ve probably kicked his teeth in a few times already. You can normally find him eyes deep in the latest FromSoftware game if he isn’t doing dailies in the half-dozen live service games he plays. He can be found on BlueSky.
