Is the Garden Horizons Admin Abuse event real? I investigate the feature, when it might occur in Garden Horizons, and what happens during it. Admins spawning random weather events means you might be able to get one of the Best Mutations in Garden Horizons.

    Garden Horizons Admin Abuse

A coined term that seems to be popular in Roblox these days.

    When Will Admin Abuse Occur?

    • As of right now, the next (and first) Admin Abuse event is set for Sunday, the 1st of March at 11:30 AM

Please keep in mind that this time applies to my time zone, which is GMT. However, the time will differ depending on your time zone. To check the correct time, make sure to check the game’s official Discord server.

Or, like me, you can use a time converter online:

    • EST: 6:30 AM
    • CST: 5:30 AM
    • PST: 3:30 AM
    • MST: 4:30 AM
    • CET: 12:30 PM
    • JST: 8:30 PM
    • GST: 3:30 PM

Thinking back to Grow a Garden and Fisch, Admin Abuse usually occurs just before a major update as a way to celebrate. So, as the game has almost been out for a week, it feels right to mark the occasion with the Admin Abuse event.

There’s also a chance for the event to activate on weekends, with more players online to take part in it. The best way to keep an eye out for Admin Abuse is by joining the game’s official Discord server and keeping up to date with their social media posts.

It’s possible that the developers could set a Roblox event to promote it, which you can find on the official Roblox page for Garden Horizons.

Okay, So… What is Admin Abuse?

It’s an event genre that occurs in games across the Roblox platform. Most notably, the games Grow a Garden and Fisch made it a popular addition.

During Admin Abuse, there may be exclusive items to obtain, and in this case, it would be special seeds to grow rare plants. Most of the time, these plants aren’t obtainable any other way. This makes Admin Abuse events highly sought after by players.

Another thing that occurs during Admin Abuse is weather events. Admins, as the name suggests, can spawn various weather events, increasing the chances of your plants getting mutations.

Bill’s Seed Shop only stocks so much, but when Admin Abuse is active, admins can make all seeds purchasable, including the rarest ones – the same goes for the Gear Shop.

Does Admin Abuse Exist in Garden Horizons?

Yes, but the first one hasn’t taken place yet. A while back, the developers of Garden Horizons spoke about it. The main takeaway is that the team aren’t huge fans of the Admin Abuse feature, but are open to the idea, hence why an event has been planned soon after the game’s release.

I assume enough players asked for it, so it’s been implemented. They then go on to say that the Admin Abuse event will more than likely grant an Exclusive rarity seed or mutation.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What If I Miss Out on the Admin Abuse Event?

Luckily, the Admin Abuse event isn’t a one-time thing. There’s always a chance for it to occur again. The tricky part is knowing when it’s planned for.

Admin Abuse doesn’t change the game too much, apart from increasing your chances of getting certain mutations and the potential of exclusive seeds.

In short, if you miss an Admin Abuse event, it’s okay. You’re not missing out on much, but it’s still a fun feature to participate in.

Is the Exclusive Rarity… Exclusive to Admin Abuse?

As of right now, yes. The highest rarity in Garden Horizons at the moment is Legendary. However, as more plants are added to the game, the Exclusive rarity could become available outside of Admin Abuse.

For example, during seasonal events or having a super low chance of being in stock in Bill’s Seed Shop. Exclusivity means they’re rare and lowkey a flex. I imagine Exclusive-rarity plants would have a higher selling value, especially when mutated.
