Fable pre-orders are open for any player who wants to secure their copy of the game. Anyone who slaps down a pre-order, whether it’s for the Standard Edition, Premium Edition, or Collector’s Edition, will receive some extra content at launch. Here’s what’s included in each edition of Fable.
Fable pre-order bonus

Any player who pre-orders Fable will also receive the Chicken Suit cosmetic outfit and three in-game gifts. These gifts are what you give to the NPCs are part of the wooing process. Based on the pre-order image, the gifts are flowers, a basket of baked goods, and a toy chicken.
Fable Standard Edition
The Fable Standard Edition is just the base game. However, players who pre-order will still receive the Chicken Suit cosmetic item. If you’re planning on only getting the base game at launch, you might as well pre-order to get something extra.
Fable Premium Edition

The Fable Premium Edition is the next step up and comes with a few extra bits. This is perfect for players who want to have a little more content and plan on playing the post-launch expansion:

The Fable Collector’s Edition is the pinnacle offering from Playground Games. This version features everything in the Premium Edition plus a few physical collectible items.

As you can see, the main difference here is the Jack of Blades statue and other physical collectibles. Unfortunately, the Collector’s Edition is sold out as of June 23, 2026. Whether additional copies become available remains to be seen. Check out the various storefront to see what’s available.
