The February 2026 Pok\u00e9mon Presents celebrated the franchise\u2019s 30th anniversary with 25 minutes of updates \u2013 and a first look at Generation 10, Pok\u00e9mon Winds and Waves.<\/p>\n

The show went about as fans expected. Most of the presentation focused on celebrating the series\u2019 history, all while delivering announcements for spinoffs like Pok\u00e9mon Pokopia, Go, Trading Card Game Pocket, and the upcoming Champions. Highlights include plans to bring Pok\u00e9mon XD: Gale of Darkness to the GameCube Classics catalog in March and, of course, a first look at Gen 10.<\/p>\n

The Game Music Collection is a new way for Pok\u00e9mon fans to collect and listen to some of their favorite songs from the franchise\u2019s beginnings. Releasing today, February 27, 2026, is a Game Boy-style music player that allows players to plug in cartridges for Pok\u00e9mon Red and Blue.<\/p>\n

All we know about the cards so far is that Mew and Mewtwo will be featured when launch arrives sometime later this year.<\/p>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Go Celebrates 10 Years With Returning Pok\u00e9mon<\/h2>\n

As the Pok\u00e9mon franchise as a whole celebrates its 30th anniversary, its mobile spinoff, Pok\u00e9mon Go, is celebrating its 10-year milestone. A two-day tour event aims to bring players back starting tomorrow, with the February 2026 Pok\u00e9mon Presents telling fans to be on the lookout for a \u201chuge range\u201d of returning monsters.<\/p>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Masters EX and Pok\u00e9mon Cafe Remix Get Anniversary Updates Throughout the Week<\/h2>\n

Two other mobile spinoffs, Masters EX and Cafe Remix, are getting in on the Pok\u00e9mon Day celebration with updates for fans. For the former, players can expect to see the original versions of Red, the protagonist of the original Red and Blue games, and Pikachu show up after the Pok\u00e9mon Presents concludes. Separate anniversary updates for Florian and Ogerpon as well as Juliana and Terapagos will arrive February 28 and March 2, respectively. Masters EX players who log in now receive 3,000 bonus gems.<\/p>\n

Cafe Remix, meanwhile, is celebrating with a roundup of all of the first partner Pok\u00e9mon arrives tomorrow, starting with the Kanto region\u2019s Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. Additional chef outfits, more new Pok\u00e9mon, and customization options are also on the way. <\/p>\n

Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno Come to Pok\u00e9mon Unite<\/h2>\n

The three legendary bird Pok\u00e9mon are coming to MOBA spinoff Pok\u00e9mon Unite, as revealed in a new trailer. Players can participate in an event to unlock their licenses, with the footage also promising that Meganium, Typhlosion, and Feraligatr are also set to be added in the future.<\/p>\n

The Pok\u00e9mon Company has narrowed the release date for the upcoming Pok\u00e9mon Champions spinoff to April 2026. It\u2019s also coming to mobile devices, with today\u2019s Pokemon Presents telling fans to expect it sometime later this year.<\/p>\n

Players are just one week away from playing the new Pok\u00e9mon life sim spinoff, Pok\u00e9mon Pokopia. Today\u2019s Pok\u00e9mon Presents put the spotlight on its music, cooking, and town-building features, showing how fans will be able to play with up to three friends.<\/p>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Generation 10 Winds and Waves Revealed in First Trailer<\/h2>\n

The Pok\u00e9mon Company closed out today\u2019s presentation by revealing Pok\u00e9mon Gen 10. The announcement trailer for the new games, titled Pok\u00e9mon Winds and Waves, began with a nostalgic look at some of the many different places the series has traveled to over the years. Then, just as it seemed the show was over, we saw gameplay for the next new Pok\u00e9mon games.<\/p>\n

Footage showed off new locations to catch new monsters in, as well as a first look at the new starters: Browt (Grass type), Gecqua (Water type), and Pombon (Fire Type). You can see the three little friends players can choose above while we wait for Winds and Waves to launch sometime in 2027.<\/p>\n
