As the very first Wolfenstein<\/em> video game proved, it\u2019s an unambiguous, moral good to mow down SS officers with a chaingun. And Modiphius\u2019 upcoming tabletop RPG set in the world of the newer Wolfenstein <\/em>games developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda, Wolfenstein: The New Order<\/em> and Wolfenstein: The New Colossus<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n This world<\/p>\n It\u2019s pretty much exactly what it says on the tin here. Modiphius, whom you might know as the makers of RPGs like Achtung! Cthulhu<\/em>, Star Trek Adventures<\/em>, and Fallout<\/em>, are at work developing a new tabletop RPG based on the world of Wolfenstein: The New Order<\/em> and Wolfenstein: The New Colossus<\/em>.<\/p>\n If you missed the 2014 hit and its over-the-top followup, these games are all set in a world where the Nazis won World War II and have taken over America. You play as BJ Blazkowicz, the hero of the original Wolfenstein <\/em>(back in the days of MS-DOS gaming) who, at the climax of his battle with Deathshead, is knocked into a coma and awakens in an alternate 1960s but with one goal in mind: kill Nazi scum.<\/p>\n Modiphius\u2019 new tabletop RPG will have you play as members of the Resistance as you rise up against tyranny to fight for freedom.<\/p>\n \u201c1962. America is at a turning point. The Nazi\u2019s stranglehold is near absolute. The Land of the Free remains crushed under the jackboot of tyranny. Despite the odds, despite the unremitting terror, hope is not lost.
