\n\t\u201cHello Kitty Island Adventure\u201d has set the launch date and revealed a first look at its next paid downloadable content (DLC) update, \u201cCity Town.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tDebuting April 16 from Sanrio and developer Sunblink, \u201cCity Town\u201d is described as \u201ca rainbow metropolis\u201d filled with mystery. The \u201cHello Kitty\u201d life sim game\u2019s new update will introduce another classic Sanrio character, Usahana, who unlocks the customizable Imagination Cafe, and allow players to set up new shops with Kuromi, My Sweet Piano, and Tuxedosam.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHello Kitty Island Adventure\u2018s\u201d \u201cCity Town\u201d update will be available across Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. Pricing details for the DLC will be revealed at a later date.<\/p>\n
\n\tSince its debut in 2023, \u201cHello Kitty Island Adventure\u201d has previously launched one major paid DLC update, \u201cWheatflour Wonderland.\u201d That expansion was released in September 2025 for $14.99 across\u00a0Nintendo Switch, Steam and later PS5.<\/p>\n
