Along with its new late-summer release date, today\u2019s trailer tells fans they\u2019ll soon be able to check out a demo ahead of its full launch for PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and Game Pass.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">Blumhouse Games, an offshoot of Jason Blum\u2019s horror movie production company that is focused on interactive entertainment, announced Grave Seasons alongside a collection of other new video games in June 2024. Where other farming sims might let players loose in tiny towns filled with cute characters, Perfect Garbage\u2019s pixelated horror game takes a trip to the fictional Ashenridge to ask a different question: What if one of the villagers was a serial killer?<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">\u201cAfter a treacherous escape from jail, you\u2019ve made it to your new home in Ashenridge, an idyllic town with some seriously unsettling vibes,\u201d an official summary says. \u201cWhile trying to establish your new farming life and embed yourself in the neighborhood, murders start to occur in the town, putting your new peaceful life at risk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">We got a chance to see how Grave Seasons mixes familiar farming gameplay with the supernatural in a hands-on preview last summer.
