The world\u2019s biggest soccer tournament is coming to Texas this summer \u2014 and the final list of teams is now set.<\/p>\n
The 2026 FIFA World Cup, co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, will run from June 11 to July 19 and feature a record 104 matches across 16 cities in North America.<\/p>\n
AT&T Stadium in Arlington will host nine matches, making North Texas a major hub for the tournament.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what to know about the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including which teams qualified and when games begin.<\/p>\n
World Cup qualifying concluded March 31, 2026, with the final six teams securing spots through playoff matches.<\/p>\n
Those teams include Czechia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Sweden, Iraq and DR Congo, which round out the tournament\u2019s expanded 48-team field.<\/p>\n

The tournament spans 16 cities:<\/p>\n

The World Cup final will be played July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.<\/p>\n
