Honolulu (KHON2) — Calling all video game fans, the ultimate experience is waiting for you — it’s the 2nd Annual Honolulu International Gaming Tournament. From keiki to parents, the enthusiasm for esports is rapidly growing worldwide.
Farrington High School Esports will be working with professional sports company Gen.G from Korea who will help with the experience and contribute to the tournament. They will be hosting esports workshops for everyone including gamers and parents.

The focus will be on esports’ positive role in academics and career development. Gen G who is a major player in the esports world is interested in developing Honolulu as an international esports location. With the hope that students from all over the world stop off in Honolulu to check out a Gen G esports camp.
Reserve the date of Saturday, March 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. to attend the gaming tournament at Farrington High School library.
