A The Woobles crochet kit based Sonic the Hedgehog is on the way as part of the series35th anniversary promotions and involves amigurumi of Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. There is also a random-grab Chaos Emerald accessory kit. All four are available alone or in a bundle for $132, though they are only sold on the official site right now and not via The Woobles Amazon storefront.
Each set comes with all of the yarn someone needs, a crochet hook, stitch markers, plastic eyes, stuffing, and a pattern. There are written instructions and video tutorials for every amigurumi. The Chaos Emerald comes with one of seven different types of yarn colors randomly and seems like it would be the easiest kit, though that is only $7 and doesn’t include a crochet hook. The Tails and Knuckles options are listed as “beginner+ difficulty” level, so might be best attempted if you have some previous experience. Those each cost $40. The Sonic one is the most of the crafts and is listed as an “intermediate” difficulty level kit. It is also the most expensive single set at $45. Each of the characters will be around four inches tall, with Sonic being the tallest about about four and a half inches.
