Mega Crit has unleashed the Slay the Spire’s sequel into Steam Early Access and we’re digging in on this week’s Indie-licious.

Last week, the long-awaited Slay the Spire 2 entered early access, bringing joy to fans of the series with a new quest, characters, cards, enemies, challenges, and more. This game, like the first, will improve through player feedback over the course of about a year, but we’re still able to play it now in early access and we will on today’s episode of Indie-licious!

Slay the Spire 2 comes to us from Mega Crit. If you don’t know about Slay the Spire, you’re in for a treat. It’s a roguelike deckbuilder card game (some would say the roguelike deckbuilder card game) set in a magic fantasy world. The first was phenomenal and Mega Crit is chasing victory again with its sequel, following a similar flow to development it hopes will make Slay the Spire 2 exactly what fans want it to be.

Join us as we jump in and see where Slay the Spire 2 is at on our latest episode of Indie-licious, going live at 1 p.m. PT / 4 p.m. ET on the Shacknews Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube channels. You can also watch just below.

As always, we’d like to thank those who tune into Shacknews livestreams like Indie-lcious, the Stevetendo Show!, Pop! Goes the Culture, and more. We hope you enjoy what we’ve got for you and we’ll continue to bring you our livestreaming best each week. You can keep up with what we’ve got going by following and subscribing to our channels to get notified whenever we go live.

Is Slay the Spire 2 the start of something new and grand for fans? Find out as we go live with the game shortly on this week’s Indie-licious!
