Legendary Pictures has already revealed the official plot of the Street Fighter movie, revolving around the iconic characters, Ryu, Chun-Li, and Ken:
Set in 1993, estranged Street Fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are thrown back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament: a brutal clash of fists, fate, and fury. In case you didn’t know, Paramount Pictures signed a deal with Legendary Pictures and is distributing the new Street Fighter worldwide. Thus, the Street Fighter reboot movie will arrive on Paramount+ a few months after its theatrical release in October 2026.
Since Paramount movies arrive on their streaming platform one to two months after their theatrical run, we can expect the Street Fighter movie on Paramount+ in either late December 2026 or early January 2027.
