Nintendo has announced a brand new Switch 2 bundle containing the console and one of this year’s most popular games. Pokemon Pokopia launched to critical acclaim and commercial success back in March. Unlike traditional Pokemon RPGs, Pokopia is more of a social simulation, combining elements from Animal Crossing, Minecraft and Stardew Valley.
Unsurprisingly, given the premise and popularity of the Pokemon franchise, Pokopia has gone on to sell a reported 4 million units, something that has led Nintendo to bundling it with the Switch 2 console. Indeed, clearly convinced the game can be a system seller, Nintendo has announced plans to release the Pokemon Pokopia Switch 2 Bundle next month.

The Pokemon Pokopia Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle has been given a July 2 release date in the UK and Europe.
It contains a download code for the popular Pokemon game, as well as a Nintendo Switch 2 console.
It’s all bundled together in a dedicated Pokemon Pokopia Nintendo Switch 2 box featuring artwork from the game.

If you’re thinking of purchasing the Pokemon Pokopia Nintendo Switch 2 bundle, then the good news is that you can save a small amount by purchasing the contents together.
While you can sometimes purchase the console for less, the Switch 2 has a recommended retail price of £395.99, while Pokemon Pokopia costs £58.99 from the Nintendo eShop. That’s more than £450 when purchased separately.

In terms of what’s in the box, the Pokemon Pokopia Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle contains one Switch 2 console and one download code for the game.
You’ll also receive two Joy-Con 2 controllers, two Joy-Con 2 wrist straps and a Nintendo Switch 2 dock for playing on the TV.
Speaking of which, the bundle comes with an Ultra High Speed HDMI cable for playing at faster speeds.
Finally, you’ll also get an officially branded AC adaptor for charging your console.
