House Flipper Remastered, a complete, enhanced version of the 2018 construction game, now has a June release date, bringing with it all the original game’s DLC. It’ll be landing simultaneously on console and PC, allowing you to ‘flip’ houses and make your virtual fortune.
Bear in mind, you’ll have to put in a lot of (also virtual) work. The houses the game allows you to purchase are not, on the whole, in great condition. On top of repairs you’ll have to deal with graffiti, rooms full of junk and much more.
We went hands-on with House Flipper Remastered in February, back when it was headed for an April release. We were, on the whole, impressed with the facelift Empyrean had given the game, plus the fact that the remastered version crams in ten whole pieces of DLC, from its garden-based DLC to House Flipper Pets.
However, we weren’t entirely convinced that the game actually needed to exist. House Flipper 2 has been out for seven months, and it’s flipping good fun. There’s also a meaty Scooby-Doo-themed expansion pack, so.. why remaster the original?
No doubt we’ll be proved wrong when the game sells more copies than Resident Evil Requiem. House Flipper Remaster is set for a June 4th, 2026 on Steam, Xbox Series S/X and Playstation 5.
